Legal Question in Banking Law in California
I walked in to my credit union bank to cash a oficial check they cash it and four days later they had send me a letter saying it was bad i called them and asked what to do should i make a police report they said no for me to pay back the money$2100.00

You should make the credit union whole by repaying the money, and file a police report concerning the bad check. In that way, the writer of the bad check might be liable for the check and other fees and penalties. I'm just curious. What do you mean by an "official" check?
