Legal Question in Banking Law in California
Will my friend get arrested?
He purchased 2,500-3000 worth of stuff on his eBay account and overdrew his bank of america account. do you think they will press charges? if so how long until the cops would come and how harsh would they be?

They will refer him to a collection agency and blacklist him on Chex Systems so he won't be able to open a bank account for seven years.
