Legal Question in Banking Law in California
My co- worker works in a the bank that i have account in it, i asked her a question about the monthly service fees and why they chagred me? she answered that i have an old account and i have to open i new one calls student account. Next day when i was checking my bank account i found that she opened a new account under my name without any permission from me. I called the bank and they told me she does't have the right to do that beside i am not eligable for that taype of account. Can i court the bank?

Close the new account immediately. If she transferred funds from your old account, the bank manager should be made aware of it, and appropriate discipline should result. Of course, the bank should compensate you for any losses you might have suffered.
