Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

2nd Bankruptcy

I filed for bankrupcy in 1994. All was dischaged. Can I file again in 2003. I was unemployed for the year of 2002. I am now living a much lower life style. Working two part time jobs. Nothing deliquent but bills are taking everything to pay. No money for food etc.

You can file again--the waiting time for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is six years from the time of filing a previous bankruptcy.
