Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Adversary Exhibits Late

The judge allowed for exhibits for both sides to get them to the other within 30 days of trial whihc is June 29 2009. I am pro se and hand delivered mine May 29 2009. Theirs just arrived today June 1 2009. I want to contest the exhibits usage based on not being timely. What is the proper way to get the exhibits prohibited and thrown out?

You should note that the exhibits were not timely, but you will not get far unless the 2 day delay prevented you from preparing in time, which I doubt. My suggestion would be to focus on the trial instead.
