Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I need your advice regarding the homeowners suing us when I left my house for forclosure 2 yrs. ago.

If you were foreclosed upon then you were the homeowner. Or not? Who are the "homeowners suing us?" The current owners or previous or what? Your question is very unclear. After foreclosure in California of the typical kind, you don't owe the bank anything. You should repost to explain.
