Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
ATA Bankruptcy Hearings
In the past year of 2008, I bought a plane ticket to go to Hawaii, about a mouth later the airline filed chapter 11, so my flight was canceled without refund. Around fall I was sent a claim form to disclose what the debtors (ATA) owed ''me'' (the creditor). I filled that which included proof I.E. Bank statements and a copy of my plane ticket. Just recently The Indiana bankruptcy court sends me a notice of hearing to consider approval of disclosure statement. Finally my question is will I ever get any of my money back.
Thank You

Re: ATA Bankruptcy Hearings
Check with the court and see if you can appear at the hearing by telephone. You might get back a percentage of your money -- which is better than nothing!
