Bad Credit
My boyfriend has really bad credit with accounts in collections. I have great credit. We are thinking of getting married. Can his collectors come after me to collect debt he accrued before we were married?

Yes - because your income will be community income after you are married.
If his debt is substantial, he should probably file bankruptcy before you marry him.
