Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
New Bancruptcy Law
Need to know if the new Bankruptcy law is in effect to
date, recently passed by Congress and the House,and if
not, when it becomes effective. At ths writing, are
we able to dimiss all credit card debts in Chapter 7
Bankruptcy? In other words, how is the recent new
Bankrupty Law different from the previous Bankruptcy
Law? Thank
