Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Bankrupcy for attorney fees dring a divorce
i have been going through a divorce for three years. there are domestic violence issuses, which have caused me to be unemployed. My husband has all the community and all private assets, this also includes our business which he has complete control over. I have been awarded court ordered payments for support, but my husband has only made miger payments of $200.00 per month instead of the $2000.00 owed. I now have attorney fees that I can not afford. Can I file banrupcy for this and the medical bills I have incurred during the violence and on going stress.
