i am 21 yars old and i have maneged to mess up my credit really bad i have about 5 charge offs, collections and 3 evictions how can i benifite from a bankrupcy do to my situation?

Bankruptcy does not clean up credit, it gets rid of debts. If you have debts that you can't manage, you should consider bankruptcy.

Bankruptcy can help keep creditors off your back and out of your bank accounts and wages. BK willnot help to repair your credit, however, it goves you a fresh new start.
