Bankruphy chapter 13

I filed chapter 13 with my house I cannot pay what the attorney arranged for me to pay including the plan payments--house will go into foreclosure/ can my partner file chap 13 she is on Title and is half owmer

yes - but if you cannot make the regular mortgage payments as they come due, you would only be postponing the inevitable and risking sanctions for a bad-faith filing.
