bankruptcy and credit report
How long will a Bankruptcy remain on my credit report. I am in the 9th year, and I always thought it would be 7 years. And in my 10th year, does the bankruptcy automatically come off my report, or do I have to file something to have it taken off?

10 years from the date of filing.
