does bankruptcy eliminate judgements
if someone goes bankrupt on a judgement is ther anyway to collect on that judgement or put a lien on property after the bankruptcy has been filed?

It depends on what the basis of the judgment is and whether you timely file a complaint objecting to the discharge of that debt in the bankruptcy case (and it depends on what chapter of bankruptcy was filed).
