If I file chapter 7 for my credit card debt.The cards Im filing on dont have my wifes name on the contract ,will it effect her credit? can we keep the mobile home in her name and car in her name? please advise, total cc debt $ 45,000

The bankruptcy itself will not affect her credit, but if the debts were incurred during your marriage and the creditors discover that you are in fact married, then the failure to pay on the debts could affect her credit.

I usually advise clients that, if they're married, that both spouses file the Chapter 7, since the debts were incurred during marriage.
