If i file for chapter 7 bankruptcy do they publish it in the newspaper? Also how are the creditors paid if i dont have any thing to give them. I live with my parents so anything at my home is theres..will that effect my parents or there things?

I don't know of it being published in any paper in the bigger cities. If you file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, most unsecured creditors won't get paid. There should be no effect on your parents or things, unless your parents co-signed for your debts.
