I am considering filing chapter 7 bankruptcy, what would be the normal standard fee to file?

The court's filing fee is $299 unless you qualify for a court fee waiver.
Lawyers' fees vary. You'd have to call around to determine what fee and whom you're comfortable with.

Assuming that you qualify under Chapter 7 the fee an Attorney will charge you will be based on your specific situation.
