Bankruptcy's possible effect on ability to further your Education

The Bankruptcy code has specific provisions prohibiting future discrimination against anyone who has filed Bankruptcy and received a discharge. This includes the ability to apply for student loans as well as job opportunities. Nothing in the code specifically mentions educational opportunities, and I don't know offhand of any court cases on point. For more details, look at 11 USC Section 525.
