Bankruptcy ,How much of a hassle to file bankruptcy my self and what is the cost ?
If I go with a lawyer how much is the cost.

It is not easy to file one's own bankruptcy (filing a bankruptcy is even difficult for lawyers who don't do lots of them) but some people manage.
The filing fee that you pay to the court is about $300.
If you hire an attorney, the average minimum fee is probably in the $1,500 range, but may be higher based on complexity.
