Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Bankruptcy

We're headed to foreclosure. My house is for Sale but the market is slow. My car got repossessed & we're late on our other car loan. We have other bills to deal with & feel like the only out for us is Bankruptcy but I don't know if this is our only option.

It may not be your only option, but it is definitely one worth exploring at this point. Many bankruptcy attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation -- I would highly recommend you go see one and explore whether or not bankruptcy is your best choice at this time.
