Bankruptcy and Marriage
I filed for bankruptcy about two years ago, i am now thinking about marriage. If i get married will my past bankruptcy have any effect on my soon to be husbands credit?

In short, assuming all your debts were discharged in a chapter 7 bankruptcy, It should not. However if there were any debts that have since been incuured and unpaid by you, it will effect his credit, because california is a community property state.
