Bankruptcy and getting paid under the table

If someone gets paid under the table and they need to file for bankruptcy is the IRS going to find out about them getting paid under the table?

You are required to disclose your actual earnings. The bankruptcy schedules are a public record, and the IRS can review anyone's papers if they care to do so. Also, you are required to provide the bankruptcy trustee with your most recent tax return. the trustee may compare your taxes with what you said in the bankruptcy paprers.

The bankruptcy papers are signed by you under penalty of perjury, and your testemony in the bankruptcy case will also be under penalty of perjury.
