I would just like to know if bankruptcy petitions are available on the internet to download directly to your computer.

Nope. And it's a good thing. It should notbe made any easier for people to file withoutbeing represented by counsel. Bankruptcyis a complicated area of the law, and mistakescan be costly (loss of your house or going to jail). Yet legal fees for bankruptcy are generally very low. It's one of the best bargains out there.
