Bankruptcy
A property is sold in under Ch 11 . I
hold a note rfom the prior owner for
which the property is security. Do I
have a case whereby I can seek
compensation? To what degree?

If your note was recorded, then you should be paid from the sale, unless sold through senior liens. More information needed, feel free to contact our office as you should probably retain Counsel to review this.
