Bankruptcy on a SBA loan

A sba a loan was given to my ex-husband after the 1994 earthquake. Through a divoce a got the loan it is still in my ex-husbands name but I am the responsible party (per the divorce decree)this loan is attached to my home. I am having finincial problems and want out of this loan. But I am in a catch 22. My home is attached and his name is on the loan. How an calim bankruptcy on thi and be reliefed of this loan?????
