Whether your IRA or 401k can (or more appropriately, will) be touched depends on their values, your age, income level, health and a host of other concerns. If you desire a more comprehensive consultation, please visit my web page at http://www.bklaw.com/bklaw and give me a call at (818)509-1173 and I will be happy to assist. Best Regards, Mark
