Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Bantkruptcy Attorney Fees

I filed Chapter 13 in pro per, however I am

getting into trouble. The trustee objected to

my plan because I used the wrong form, their was

some information missing in the petition, and

I have since received correspondence from an

previously unknown collection agency. I am

going to have to file an amended petition. I also

have IRS taxes due, but have not been officiall

notified by the IRS. My debts are only about

25k. Is it true that BK attorneys will include

their fees in the BK and are paid in this fashion.

Thank you

Yes, attorneys fees can be payed through the Plan, although how much depends on what your budget derived from Schedules "I" and "J" allow, along with what other priority debts (such as taxes) must be paid through your plan.
