I have no idea what a "Beasley Clause" is. However, there is a 9th Circuit case called In re Beezley, which stands for, among other things, the proposition that in a no-asset Chapter 7 case, where the debtor receives a discharge, the discharge is valid as against all debts preceding the bankruptcy filing regardless of whether or not the creditors were scheduled (i.e. listed) in the bankruptcy papers.
