Re: can i go bk

That is an impossible question to answer in this format. You need to have a consultation with a bankruptcy attorney to go over all the relevant information (assets, values, whether you have a pre-nuptial agreement, whose income has gone to pay the mortgage on your wife's property, etc.) Chances are you can file bankruptcy without it affecting her, but there's just no way I can "advise" you with the amount of information you have given. If you would like a phone consultation, please visit my webpage at http://www.bklaw.com/consult.html for what information you will need, and then give me a call or e-mail to schedule an appointment.

Regards,

Mark
