Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
BK twice
Can you file bankruptcy chapter 7, twice? If so, can you file only against your creditors which are deliquent? example: Do I have file against my credit cards that I will use to re-establish and my auto loan?

Re: BK twice
You can file chapter 7 again if more than 6 years have elapsed since your prior chapter 7 in which you received a discharge. In any bankruptcy you must list all your assets and all your debts.
