Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
bk against 2nd mortgage
Rental property repo'd almost 4 yrs ago. Difficency to 2nd mortgage holder. Now they are threatening to sue me for 24,000.00 I simply don't have this kind of $$. Is it possible to declare bk against only one creditor? The loan was for 30,000.00 and pmt of 274.63 made for almist 10 yrs. but loan balance is still 24,000.00 !

In any bankruptcy you must list all your assets and all your debts. If you only have one debt, then you must list that.
