Blue Book Value

I have a question regarding establishing the value of an automobile in a chapter 7. I know it's using Kelly Blue Book, however is it high, low, middle of the 2, wholesale, or wholesale minus reconditioning.

Blue Book Value

Low Blue Book or Trade-In value has always sufficed for me.
