Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Dear Sir/Madam.

Firstly, I will be very appreciat with your help.

We have a customer with long outstanding invoices. We have chased him for several months and he always said he would pay soon, even signed the agreement letter for the payment. However, today, when I called him, he said he was planning to wind up his company. What can I do now.

Better file now in state court and file as a creditor if it goes into bk. How much is old? Contact me directly.
