Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

in CA chpt 13, with 60 mo. payment plan, (creditors are being pd 48%), can the court/creditors extend the plan untill the creditors are fully satisfied or is the debt forgiven?

A Chapter 13 Plan cannot exceed 60 months. The whole premise is that upon confirmation by the Court and completion of Plan payments, the debtor will receive a discharge pursuant to payment of (potentially) pennies on the dollar (48 cents per buck in your case).
