Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
California Bankruptcy Exemptions Plus
Which system is the best to protect a 401K plan (current value $59000). All our other exemptions are good in both system 1 or 2 except perhaps that we have 2 cars (combined value less than $1900 KBB) Also, since we have a case management review (creditor lawsuit) appearance, will the stay eliminate the need for us to show up? (in 3 days).
