Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Cancellation of Home Foreclosure
I am considering Bankruptcy. My home went into foreclosure towards the end of last year, and has been foreclosed upon. If I filed Bankruptcy today, would the foreclosure that took place approximately 2 months ago, be considered a priority, and thereby cancelled?

I don't know what you mean by a "priority". If your home was foreclosed on prior to bankruptcy, a bankruptcy is not going to resurrect it. Assuming the loan against the property was a non-recourse loan, you have no further debt to that creditor so there would be nothing to discharge in the bankruptcy either.
