car lease

I want to get out of my car lease and want to give it back .will they garishment my wages or will I just have horriblke credit

They will sue you for a deficiency balance. Once they have a judgment they will attach your wages, empty out your bank account, and put a lien on all your real estate. You can avoid the judgment by filing bankruptcy, so long as you signed the lease agreement more than 3 years ago. If it has not been 3 years, you could try to delay the civil case until 3 years is up, then file bk.
