Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Car, student loan, bank loan, tickets upaid for 1 year

I have been homeless, emotionally disabled and unemployed for over a year. During this time I stoped using or paying for any credit or bills. I want to file a chapter 7.

I fear that I may go to jail for unpaid bills over a year old.

Is my car considered stollen?

I can not afford an attorney. I have no income.

No, you can't go to jail for failing to pay debts. Debtor's prison was eliminated sometime in the early 1800s.
