Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Two cars for two people

I own 1 car outright (approximate value - $4500), and I'm financing (not leasing) another (little equity so far).

My fiance, who does not own a car, uses one of them.

If I sign the title of the car that's paid off over to her, is that considered fraud?

Re: Two cars for two people

Yes, if you don't receive any value for the car, it could be a fraudulent transfer under California law.
