Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I am currently in Ch.13 Bankruptcy,my lawyer is so swamped with clients that in my opinion i am not being given"Due Dilligence. Now i am all for thriving businesses however when they cant remember your name,or,do not follow through with the advice theat he had given us prior to our giving him his fee. He is a one man show with familly and friends working his office instead of people "in the busines"ie,paralegals, intake review employees are nephews and nieces.I am just so tired of not getting what i am paying for. The reason for our ch.13 filing was to keep a roof over our heads and this lawyer says he has got it "in"for these mortgage company's.Can i please get some feedback.

I would suggest making an appointment and having a face-to-face conversation with him about your needs. As you say, your attorney is swamped. So it would be less likely that he'll brush you off in person. If you're still not satisfied, you might have to change attorneys and then seek reduction of his bankruptcy fees if they are to be disbursed by the trustee. Your new lawyer should be able to help you with that.
