Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Chapt 7 Exemptions Objection
My trustee has objected to some exemptions on my Chapt 7. Specifically a ''carry back'' on a house I sold a couple of years ago. I did a ''carry back'', the buyer is now delinquent on both his first and on my ''carry back''
What does the trustee want?
Wat happens next? Do I have to justify the exemption?

Re: Chapt 7 Exemptions Objection
By objecting to the exemption, it sounds like the trustee wants to collect the money owed to you to pay your creditors. You should contact a qualified bankruptcy attorney to see if you can protect any of that asset.
