Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
I have borrowed 50,000 from my credit card company to do a trading business outside of the U.S. but unfortunately the money has been stolen from me in the foreign country and now I have no money to pay it back and I am unemployed right now, my question is, can I file for chapter 7 bankruptcy right now considering that I have no property except my car?
