What chapter bankruptcy should i file

I need to know what bankruptcy i should file when i have back child support issues and how to go about starting this bankruptcy

Well back child support is not dischargeable in bankruptcy, so if you needed to stretch out payments on it, probably Ch. 13 would be what you are looking for. I suggest you visit my web page for more information.
