Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

chapter 7 bankruptcy

filed bkptcy 4 yrs ago. one credit card was automatically transferred to my mom's name but address and phone is mine.i asked them to transfer it to my name since i am the one paying for it,they won't do it.my mom has no idea of my bkptcy.she's planning to file bkptcy will this show in her credit report?or when she files chapter 7?if this is not submitted in her bkptcy bec she doesn't know about this will this cause any problem or if not submitted will the company not be informed of her filing the bkptcy ? what will happen?pls. reply base on california ruling?thank you.

I don't really understand your question. If your mom is obligated on the credit card, she must list it on her bankruptcy papers. If she's not, then she doesn't have to.
