Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
We are a small busines that provided service to a publicly traded telecom company that just filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. The company owes us 70K. What should we do?

You need to file your proof of claim.

Need a little more data but there is a bunch you can do, depending on circumstances. Could (1) file a proof of claim, (2) get on creditor's committee, (3) have case monitored. Are you still working with them, or had you cut them off? Welcome to contact me and can probably assist you.
