Chapter 13, catching up with my mortgage
In a chapter 13, after the bankruptcy, Do I pay the entire delinquent loan back (four months plus late charges) Or is it lowered.

If you are referring to the arrearages that you owe on the date your case is filed, you must pay it back in full, but no new interest will accrue on the arrears during the Plan period.
