Chapter 7 Discharge Secure Debt

Can a secured debt on a piece of non-owner occupied property be discharged in a Chapter 7 if the lender makes no claim?

Yes - but the lien will remain.

In other words, you will be discharged of the obligation to pay the debt; but you can't keep the property without paying for it.
