Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Chapter 11 re: Employee Wages and Vacation

If the company for whom I work files Chapter 11, I will be out one week of wages (not more than $2,000), and 100 hours of vacation time (more than $2,000). Is vacation pay considered a "benefit", or wages? Is there still a $2,000 absolute cap for each category?
