Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Chapter 11 for Homeowners Association

I would like to get information about a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy as it relates to my Homeowners Association. As amember of th eHomeowners Association I would like to know what infomration should I expect from the Board of Directors and their Attorneys. Is it possible to get the CC&R's modified during this period. What standing do I require from the court etc.

I'm not sure I understand your question. The Homeowner's association filed a CH. 11?? I've never heard of that being done before, although I suppose its possible. In any event, your question is a bit too involved to answer here, so if you need more information, feel free to contact me.
