Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Chapter 7 OR?

I was injured 8 months ago and started disability a month ago. I have incured $135,000 in medical bills and have $20,000 in credit card debt. I've been unemployed for 2 years and have no medical insurance. I have a house worth $90,000 and owe $18,000. I received $30,000 from auto insurance. I currently use a walker. I don't want to loose my house can I file a Chapter 7 or will I be forced to a Chapter 13?
